Hi, I’m Karissa Skirmont. I help entrepreneurs who are overwhelmed by their digital world get it back under control.
Give me the messy files, scattered systems, overflowing inboxes, multiple businesses, confusing technology, and the pile of digital stuff you keep telling yourself you’ll organize someday.
This is the kind of mess my brain loves.
Organizing Is How My Brain Works
I’m AuDHD, meaning I’m both autistic and have ADHD. Over the years, I’ve realized that the particular way my brain processes information is a huge part of why I’m so good at what I do.
I’m a highly visual thinker. I don’t just see individual files, folders, applications, or tasks. I naturally start seeing how all the pieces relate to each other.
I see patterns.
I notice what’s out of place.
I see where something belongs before there’s necessarily a system for putting it there.
And when I’m looking at a complicated digital mess, I’m simultaneously seeing the individual pieces and the larger structure they need to become.
That’s my organizing superpower.
It also means I understand that the “perfect” organizational system is useless if it doesn’t make sense to the person who has to use it.
I don’t come in and force you into my system. I figure out how you think, what you need to find, how you naturally look for things, and what keeps tripping you up. Then I build organization around that.
Technology Doesn’t Intimidate Me
I’ve spent decades working with technology, websites, online applications, digital files, business systems, and all the strange little problems that happen when they collide.
I genuinely love figuring this stuff out.
Where you may see an overwhelming Google Drive, three half-full jump drives, thousands of emails, files scattered across your phone and computer, or several businesses hopelessly mixed together, I see a puzzle.
And I really like puzzles.
My job isn’t just to make everything look tidy. It’s to understand what you have, determine how the pieces should work together, and create something that makes your day-to-day life easier.
Sometimes that means organizing what already exists. Sometimes it means teaching you a better way to use the technology you already have. Sometimes it means finding a completely different tool or process.
The technology should work for you, not the other way around.
Working With Me
I’m based in Colorado and work remotely with clients wherever they happen to be. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients throughout the United States and internationally, including Australia, Thailand, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates.
Working remotely doesn’t mean you’re left to figure things out yourself. Depending on the project, we can screen share, work together virtually, securely transfer files, or give me access to the systems I’m helping you organize.
You don’t need to clean up before I see it.
Seriously.
The mess is why you’re hiring me.
My Workspaces
I’ve put a lot of thought into creating a workspace that helps me work efficiently and stay organized.
My home office includes three large monitors, a fast computer, and an ergonomic setup designed around how I actually work. Having plenty of screen space means I can see multiple files, folders, applications, and systems at once rather than constantly switching back and forth. That matters when I’m organizing your digital world, and it helps me get more done with the time you’re paying me for.
And my office can come to you.
For local clients, I have a four-screen mobile workspace that lets me bring much of that same efficiency with me. This can be especially helpful when we’re sorting through multiple computers, external drives, files, or other technology that’s easier to work with in person.
Just like the systems I create for my clients, both of my workspaces are intentionally designed to make technology work better for me.
And yes, there’s a lot of purple.

What I Stand For…
Honesty and integrity. I don’t believe in high-pressure, scammy, or manufactured-scarcity marketing. I’ll tell you what I think you need, and I’ll also tell you when I don’t think you need something.
Doing Things Right Perfection isn’t always realistic, but “good enough” isn’t an excuse for sloppy work. If you’ve trusted me with something, I care about getting it right.
Confidentiality. Digital organization often means trusting me with access to sensitive business and personal information. I take that responsibility seriously and handle what I see with discretion.
Efficiency. If something can be simplified, improved, automated, consolidated, or made easier to maintain, I’m probably going to notice it.
Ownership. I have a hard time treating a client’s business like it’s “just another project.” Once I understand what you’re building, I naturally start looking for ways to protect it, improve it, and help it succeed.
A Little More About How I’m Wired
If you’re someone who loves personality assessments as much as I do, here’s the abbreviated version:

Taken individually, they’re just assessments. Taken together, they describe something I recognized about myself long before I had labels for it:
I observe. I gather information. I look for patterns. I question how things are being done. And then I figure out how to make them work better.
Which, it turns out, is pretty useful when your digital world is a mess.
